Hey guys my weekend has been Great so far I did some work around my apartment!
And went out to eat and around town with friends!!
Just wanted to pop in and say Hello! I just got back from eating ice cream at a new Yogurt bar we have here called the Red Door I believe thats the name I just forgot that fast Lol!!! But it was great!!! I hope everyones weekend is going ok so far I'm watching The Notebook right now...(I don't know why??!!!lol) Then I'm off to bed! I have church in the morning!!
.Hey Loves well this weekend was great...I really didn't think I would do much this weekend b/c my poor my baby is sick(MY CAR!!) and you know if you don't have your own G-ride you can't really do the things you want to do and go where you want to go!! But surprisingly this weekend was really nice I got a chance to shop a little and get my June Ambrose on!!! I have been seeing so many pictures of June's turbans and I wanted to just try one for fun and see how it would turn out so the first is the pic of FAB JUNE..Then me..Tell me what you think??..
I thought it turned out pretty good for my first time I don't know..LOL Everywhere I went people were looking like WOW...LOL I felt like a queen:-) Yesterday I went to walmart with my cousin with it on and I got the same reaction. When people do new things here or something different in my city people are so judgmental they stare for a long time and think they are whispering but you CLEARLY hear them..LOL I went into the store with my mom to look for my grandmother something and we were just walking through store and a group of girls looked at me and they were like "Aww she must be into her roots and stuff..." Into my roots??!!! I just laughed that was soo funny but I LOVED THE ATTENTION EVERY BIT OF IT!! Cause guess what they will have it on next week lol!!!
I had another thing on my agenda as well...As you know I do photography as well and this weekend was my church 1st Heart 2 Heart banquet. It was a couples banquet for couples at my church. I was very honored when my Aunt Connie asked me to be the photographer:-) My mom went all out and actually got me a professional back drop and everything the pictures really did turn out nice here are a few below of my parents

During the couples banquet my cousin who was one of the servers at the banquet ran up to me and said "Girl they just found Whitney Houston dead at 48....I was in total shock!!! Man I just could not believe it!!! Whitney Houston is and will always be one of my fave artist. You can listen to her songs when you are happy and in love, and when you are going through breakup or anything!!! Can I get an Amen on that??!!! LOL Well below is one of my fave performances from her!!

Despite the sad news I did have a great weekend watching the Grammy's I just LOVE MY BOO ADELE!! I bet you that old boo wants to come back now!! Look How Beautiful she was last night!!

Now you already know we are Greedy!!! LOLOLOL..This weekend was really fun!! I had a great time I did a little shopping , a little partying, and a lot of eating LOLOL! This summer me and my friends are really trying to exprience everything that Little Rock has to offer! So Me,Jill and Fred went to Gusano's pizza downtown in the Rivermarket area!! When I say this pizza is soooooo good I mean it!! Our pizza was so big we each only ate one piece of the pizza and took the rest home!!! Gusano's is a very nice place to go and relax and have pizza with your friends. There was a guy there playing the guitar and he dedicated Love and Happiness by Al Green to Jill and Fred it was soooo funny!!! Then he song My girl and everybody was singing very loudly " I guess you say"...LOL Needless to say I was very full and tired when I left there!!! So if you are ever in Little rock stop by Gusano's pizza you will not be sorry! This is my own personal review of this resturant they did not pay me for this!! LOL ..Oh yeah! Hey stop going back and forth to the picture of the pizza.. I know you are hungry!! Order you one!! LOL
Imagine walking in a place with a beautiful chandelier hanging from the celling. Tank is playing in the background softly saying "Got a lady on the line.......". Bottles of Moscato and jewelry everywhere, Makeup artist and Hairstylist there doing lashes and makeup!!!....Yes you can go ahead and say it You would be in Heaven!!! LOLOL!!! This weekend I went to a very good friend of mine by the name of Princess custom jewelry Sip n' See!!! It was sooooo much fun!!! The feather earrings that you seen above are custom handmade pieces by Princess!! They are absolutelyGAWGUS!!! Very reasonable the prices go from $10 and up!! You know when you usually hear someone say my pieces start from $10 and up the $10 pieces are always very cheap looking...Not with this jewelry they all look very nice and well worth your money! I took my little sister Markita(Aubree's mom) along with me she had nice time, besides her calling home checking on Aubree every 5mins. I guess it was the new mommy syndrome! LOL And of course my girls were there too!! We had a very nice time!! I love to support people who are doing something positive and if it has anything to do with fashion of course!! LOL Princess also has other jewelry pieces that she did not design herself as well like the rings pictured above. The Ladies of Radiant Styles were there as well doing lashes and makeup. Check out Erica's hair it is the bomb.com I love it!!! I had a very nice time at this event look out for Princess really soon I think she is about to go National and International with her jewelry.
