OK like the video said I was sooooo happy when I received these earrings in the mail from the Glamorous Boutique. Like I said the owner she is very sweet customer service is great any questions that you have about her products she will definitely have an answer for you and give you the up most customer service experience. I know this is nothing new and they are pretty old but they are coming back..
I remember Coco from SWV used to wear her nails really long back in the day and I remember my mom and auntie saying "Girl have you seen that girl nails from SWV nails?? How does she used them they are too long..And then After a while they went out of style Here is a picture of the old "Stiletto Nails"
I bet my girl knew she was making a fashion statement Dare to be different huh??!! LOL
So sometime last year I start seeing this style of nails make a comeback by Beyonce,Lady Gaga, and Rhianna just to name a few...
And Now all of sudden they are hot and classy!! But to me they can be classy and they can be ghetto..It just depends on how you wear them you know...I am on the in between tip on these nails..I just don't know if this will a request of mine next time I go to the nail shop..LOL But we will see I found a couple of pics on Tumblr that were pretty nice..Let me know what you think..
Today was a good day...I was woke up this morning at 6:35am by a "Happy Valentine's Day" text that really made me smile...Today has been an Okay day it would've been better...But you know we all can get what we want and have the fairytale ending all the time...I just came to realize that's just life:-) I was thinking maybe we are all not meant to have that ending, maybe our endings are bumpy and that's just how its going to always be you know...But enough of that...I said I was going to watch me some good movies and eat my fave pizza for my valentine's day dinner.I went to my fave pizza spot Gusano's and got the biggest pizza they had LOL..

Also my sister and my niece brought me this great valentine's day basket and my mom brought me a beautiful card;-)
And my day was so complete by spending it with my love BRAZIL:-)

.Hey Loves well this weekend was great...I really didn't think I would do much this weekend b/c my poor my baby is sick(MY CAR!!) and you know if you don't have your own G-ride you can't really do the things you want to do and go where you want to go!! But surprisingly this weekend was really nice I got a chance to shop a little and get my June Ambrose on!!! I have been seeing so many pictures of June's turbans and I wanted to just try one for fun and see how it would turn out so the first is the pic of FAB JUNE..Then me..Tell me what you think??..
I thought it turned out pretty good for my first time I don't know..LOL Everywhere I went people were looking like WOW...LOL I felt like a queen:-) Yesterday I went to walmart with my cousin with it on and I got the same reaction. When people do new things here or something different in my city people are so judgmental they stare for a long time and think they are whispering but you CLEARLY hear them..LOL I went into the store with my mom to look for my grandmother something and we were just walking through store and a group of girls looked at me and they were like "Aww she must be into her roots and stuff..." Into my roots??!!! I just laughed that was soo funny but I LOVED THE ATTENTION EVERY BIT OF IT!! Cause guess what they will have it on next week lol!!!
I had another thing on my agenda as well...As you know I do photography as well and this weekend was my church 1st Heart 2 Heart banquet. It was a couples banquet for couples at my church. I was very honored when my Aunt Connie asked me to be the photographer:-) My mom went all out and actually got me a professional back drop and everything the pictures really did turn out nice here are a few below of my parents
Nice looking couple huh??? Who do you think I look like the most?? LOL
During the couples banquet my cousin who was one of the servers at the banquet ran up to me and said "Girl they just found Whitney Houston dead at 48....I was in total shock!!! Man I just could not believe it!!! Whitney Houston is and will always be one of my fave artist. You can listen to her songs when you are happy and in love, and when you are going through breakup or anything!!! Can I get an Amen on that??!!! LOL Well below is one of my fave performances from her!!

Despite the sad news I did have a great weekend watching the Grammy's I just LOVE MY BOO ADELE!! I bet you that old boo wants to come back now!! Look How Beautiful she was last night!!

Fashion is not by just wearing Forever21,H&M,Express etc...brands ALLL the time either!!!
Fashion is what you make it!! I know that sounds weird but it is you can look hot in a Thrift store outfit as well!!
So in honor of Fashion Week I wanted to add some pictures above of some hot designers that I enjoy but ummm....*coughs*Can't afford andI really don't care too break the bank for them but they are pretty hot!!!

Another reason why I put these pics up are because when I was young and coming up we didn't really have a lot of girls in the magazines or the Internet period that looked like us or that were really showing fashion that was within my budget if you get what I'm saying...So when I look at the pics above I can say "HEY
I can really go to goodwill or one of my local "within my budget stores"(lol) and put something together that may look close to the looks above...Or just take a piece of each look for inspiration...
One more thing that I want to say is be yourself when it comes to fashion...Just because everyone in your town is wearing button down shirts with leggings you step outside the box...Wear ripped jeans and fringe shorts and tops just dare to be different...
